GSM= A red blend mixed with grenache, syrah and mourvèdre grapes. The blend of grape varieties gives spicy blackberryish flavors, dark plum, black cherry dark fruit and a hint of pepper. There is also a distinctive mineral, perfumed note that comes from Mourvèdre.
